Vegetal//Flesh
2/3 Project Space, Athens, Greece
solo exhibition with collaborative elements
28 February, 2020

Exploring interactive participation, place-making, and the rituals that mark cyclical events, we invited friends and family to gather for a communal feast before the start of the exhibition, the remnants of which would remain and transform into new (pungent) things throughout the duration of the exhibition.

the show also featured collaborative photographs of bodies in motion and vegetables + food in various stages of rot
During the opening event, I performed an elegy for the earth, in which I laid in this bathtub full of plants and sang the same song repeatedly.
